As of March 2010, we'll regularly be offering Special Courses on Saturday mornings, 9:00 - 11:00h We will be covering different topics such as: liberation techniques, floor fighting, strike / defence, leg techniques, everyday objects, several attackers, stairwell, knife defence, combined hand/leg defence techniques, drill, obstacle.
