Sparring trainings basically consist of two parts. On the one hand, several techniques are combined into sequences, and on the other, participants are given a chance to try out their entire repertoire in a light free fight and to fight different opponents. That way, the students move away from carrying out single techniques in an isolated way and towards more realistic situations.
At the moment, sparring trainings take place every Friday evening, and are open to students who have at least taken the Basic 1 examination.
