According to the Krav Maga Self-Protect training curriculum, there are six levels for students: 3 beginner levels, Basic 1-3, and three advanced levels, Advanced 1-3. There are examinations for each of the six levels.
The regular evening classes are based on the training programme for the respective levels. Before being allowed to train in a higher level class, students are therefore required to take and pass the examination of the previous level.
Beginners without an exam can take part in all Basic 1 classes and also in all classes labelled "All" in the schedule. Switching to the Basic 2-3 class is first possible after passing the Basic 1 exam (requires at least 36 classes and 6 months of training). The sparring class is also open to all students who have at least taken the Basic 1 exam.
Special Courses and Intensive Weekend Courses are open to all those interested, including non-students.
